Start a signage program using a low-cost product and method of upgrading bulletin faces which eliminates the practice of untucked production materials, better client ad presentation and the need for expensive new billboard sections.
I worked directly with structural engineering, steel fabrication and erectors to design and put in place these auxiliary footings thus saving this high revenue non-conforming expressway bulletin from removal.
This bulletin visibility was blocked by trees that grew into its sight line and could not be trimmed due to change in state regulations. The solution was to raise the HAGL (height at ground level) 20 feet to overcome the visibility issues while keeping the capital budgets ROI in line with expected revenues.
