Bulletin HAGL Project

 

This bulletin visibility was blocked by trees that grew into its sight line and could not be trimmed due to change in state regulations. The solution was to raise the HAGL (height at ground level) 20 feet to overcome the visibility issues while keeping the capital budgets ROI in line with expected revenues.

 

An engineered modification to the existing foundation along with a bolt on column extension allowed the project to stay within the prescribed budget and allow for 100% open sight lines from roadway.
