Create and manage expenditure budgets of $5M+ and capital expenditures of $1M + annually. Direct responsibility for 30-40 employees, 10,000 advertising displays across multiple Out-Of-Home platforms and an 84,000 sq/ft sales/operations facility in the Stockyard District.
VP/GM, Clear Channel Outdoor, ​1995-2003
Management of Clear Channel Outdoor’s in house fabricator, erector and design division with annual capital budgets of $30-40M. Direct oversight of structure development, systems and new designs nationally. Oversee four regionally based managers and 60+ employees.
President, ​Superior Outdoor Structures, Inc., 1984-1995
Founder and partner of Joliet based outdoor sign fabrication and construction business. Had direct control of national sales/operations with gross revenues of $2-3M yearly. The assets of Superior Outdoor Structures, Inc. were acquired by Clear Channel Outdoor in 1995.
